About our sourcing service at Creative Modular Construction

Creative Modular Construction is an independent China sourcing and procurement coordination service. We have no official affiliation with the original brand and hold no authorized distribution role. Shortlisted suppliers manufacture the buildings and document their project-specific capabilities.

A reviewable sourcing brief

Our role is to translate a buyer's schedule into a brief a supplier can price and answer against. The screening record links the quoted module model, supplier entity and evidence still needed before selection.

Check the certificate holder, scope and validity on each document the bidder submits. A management system certificate provides context about the organization and building acceptance depends on separate project evidence.

Responsibilities stay visible

The quotation comparison tracks who supplies the steel chassis, who completes factory fit-out and who takes responsibility for the site interface. That boundary determines which apparent price differences matter.

If a substituted panel or fixing changes the quoted wall assembly, record the proposed revision separately and send it for review before updating the comparison matrix.

Working rules for procurement reviews

Our working records separate buyer inputs, supplier responses and inspector findings. These roles give the buyer a traceable account of where a dimension, approval or commercial term came from.

01

Loads before nesting

Carry the drawing reference with each request for a wind, snow or seismic assumption. Mark the item unresolved where the project basis has yet to be issued.

02

Photograph the joint

Ask the selected inspector to label seam, lifting lug and flange photographs by module mark so a remote reviewer can compare them with the agreed detail.

03

Name the scope edge

Keep the excluded sanitary fittings and local connection scope visible on the comparison sheet. A procurement handoff depends on owners being named for these lines.

04

Keep the code local

Ask which assembly and destination a supplier report actually covers. Route missing or conflicting evidence to the appointed professional for a project-specific decision.

Typical review activities

The illustrated gallery shows typical review activities at supplier and logistics interfaces. It depicts inspection subjects and working records rather than named staff or company facilities.

DfMA coordinator comparing a model joint with a steel sample

DfMA coordination

Compare the clearance at the marriage line with the latest coordinated drawing revision.

Dimensional inspection of a module floor cassette

Dimensional inspection

Request a dimension sheet that records reference points and tolerance sources against the serial number.

Welding inspector marking a volumetric corner post

Weld and coating notes

Ask the supplier to identify the coating system and its procedure for exposed cuts and weld repairs.

Logistics planner with a container loading sketch

Packing planning

Check the package dimensions, gross weight and stuffing plan against the freight offer.

Site lead checking pad levels before a module set

Set lead

Have the installation team compare foundation datums and lifting access before agreeing on a shipment date.

Scope a procurement review

Share the brief and identify which procurement records you need for an internal review. We can scope supplier screening, quote normalization and inspection coordination around those deliverables.
