Privacy Policy of Creative Modular Construction

This policy explains how Creative Modular Construction handles personal data sent through creativemodularconstructionsourcing.com. It covers the inquiry form and the comment form on field notes. It does not describe a customer portal, because this site does not operate one. The service coordinates sourcing in China.

Data the forms ask for

The inquiry form asks for a name, work email, phone, company, country of use, module count, occupancy and a free-text design basis. The comment form asks for a name, email, an optional website and the comment, plus the note identifier. Server logs may store an IP address, a browser string and the time of the request for security and diagnostics. Do not put passport numbers, payment card data or health records of occupants into the design-basis box. A clinic project can be described by room count and services scope without naming patients.

Why the data is used

The desk uses inquiry data to decide whether a model review, a quotation or a refusal is the honest next step. Comments are used to publish or reject a reply on the note you commented on. Email and phone are used to answer you. The studio does not sell these lists. A project that proceeds may share your business contact and the technical brief with a fabricator, a freight planner or an installer who needs them to perform that project. Those parties are expected to use the data for that work.

How long it is kept

Unsuccessful inquiries are kept long enough to answer follow-up questions and to keep a record of what was declined, subject to applicable retention and dispute requirements. Project files follow the retention written in the contract, because a calculation and a correspondence trail may be needed if a module is relocated or a joint is inspected later. Comments may remain on the note until you ask for removal and removal does not break the thread of a technical correction. Operational logs follow the hosting service retention settings.

Cookies and the search box

The site uses cookies that the template engine needs to run the session, including search keywords you type into the header field. It does not describe an advertising network here. If a later deployment adds an analytics cookie, this page will name it before that cookie is treated as part of the current policy. You can control cookies in the browser. Blocking essential session cookies may stop the form from submitting.

Your requests

You may ask for a copy of the inquiry data tied to your email, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion where the law gives you that right and a contract does not require the sourcing service to keep the file. Send the request from the same work email so the desk can match the record. The studio may refuse a request that would delete a safety record still needed for a module in use. You may also contact a regulator in your country. This policy does not waive that route.

Changes to this policy

Updates are posted on this page. A form submitted after an update is read against the policy then on screen. Older project contracts keep the privacy clause written in those contracts. If you need the policy in a project data-room, ask the desk to export this page with the date of the export. The export is a copy. The page remains the public version.

Privacy questions go through the same desk

Write the email address you used on the inquiry so the record can be found. A blank name and a demand for every file the sourcing service has ever stored will be narrowed before any export. Use the form if you do not already have a thread.
