These terms govern use of the Creative Modular Construction website at creativemodularconstructionsourcing.com and the inquiries submitted through its forms. They are a website rule set. They are not a construction contract, a building permit, or a structural calculation. If a purchase order or a signed scope matrix conflicts with a sentence on this page, the signed project document controls the work. If you do not agree, do not send an inquiry through the form.
Catalog cards, project evidence and technology notes describe how modular and portable buildings are coordinated. Photographs show factory, yard and site conditions that are representative. A module in a photograph may already be assigned, altered, or built to a different load basis. Dimensions such as a transport envelope, a panel thickness or a U-value are examples unless a quotation repeats them for your country of use. Wind, snow and seismic figures on the site are illustrations of the kind of input the desk records. They are not your site data until you supply a report and the desk writes them into a revision.
Submitting the form asks for a review. It does not reserve factory capacity, a crane, or a price. A quotation, when issued, will name the occupancy, the country of use, the inclusions, the exclusions, the revision date and the validity window. Foundations, local permits, site utilities and joint fire-stopping are excluded until the quotation lists them. Any supplier management-system certificate must be checked for holder, scope and applicability. They do not certify that a module complies with IBC, Eurocode, NCC or any other local code.
Drawings, load tables and photos you upload or describe must be yours to share. You grant the sourcing service a limited right to use them to answer the inquiry and, if a project proceeds, to coordinate that project. You must not send confidential information belonging to another party without permission. The studio may decline a file that lacks a country of use or a coherent occupancy, because a price built on a blank basis is not a useful document.
Do not probe the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or present Creative Modular Construction documents as a permit. Do not remove revision notes from a sheet and forward it as current. Trademarks and page text stay with the sourcing service. You may link to a public page. You may not copy a project card and imply it was your installation.
The website is provided as a briefing tool. To the extent the law allows, the sourcing service is not liable for decisions you make from a public page without a project-specific revision. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Project liability, if any, is defined in the contract for that job, not in this page.
These terms may be updated by posting a new version on this page. The version you accept is the one displayed when you submit a form. Questions about a contract already signed should go to the project manager named on that contract, not to a fresh reading of this page. For a new review, use the contact path and include the facts the form requests.
If you are asking whether a public sentence applies to a live module, send the revision you hold and the country of use. The desk will say whether a signed scope exists. This band uses the same inquiry form as the dialog.
