Contact the Creative Modular Construction Sourcing Desk

Use this inquiry to brief an independent China procurement service. Creative Modular Construction has no official affiliation with the original brand and holds no authorized distribution role. We can coordinate supplier responses and evidence against a defined modular building RFQ.

  • Give the site location and intended occupancy.
  • Identify the local design criteria and their source.
  • List which supplier documents your project reviewers need.

Service region

China supplier coordination
Remote inquiry intake for international projects

Provide the destination port and the city of use. They can differ, which affects inland transport and the local authority route. Indicate whether the delivery offer should include an inland leg or end at the port.

Inquiry channel

Open the project inquiry form

Add your work email and preferred contact window. Describe document types and revision identifiers in the form so a coordinator can arrange a follow-up for larger drawing sets or confidential project records.

Scheduling and coverage

Cross-border project coordination
Include your time zone for scheduling

Tell us the latest date for supplier quotations, the intended ship window and whether a site milestone drives either date. A quote timeline and a freight schedule have different dependencies, including access for a first-unit inspection.

Prepare the project brief

The illustrated scene shows the kinds of records a buyer can bring to a remote intake. A room schedule, preliminary plans and a load table help the supplier distinguish fixed requirements from options. List missing engineering inputs as open items and identify who is preparing each one. If the building is to be moved, attach the new destination’s route envelope and foundation interface drawing. Request the lifting point schedule against that revision so the supplier and local lifting team review the same module configuration.

Illustrated packing and shipment review

Use the final step to specify module count, storeys, overall dimensions and the split between supplier fit-out and local installation. Add wind, snow and seismic references when available. For joined modules, describe the marriage line, service crossings and finish expectations. Identify the destination port and whether an independent inspector should review a sample or opening unit before release.
